Senior Creative (32) seeking SW Home

Hi, I’m Ryan.

I’m a 32-year-old Senior CGI Artist at Sky. That means I spend my days rendering thing sthat look real, but aren't. So much so that I don't know what's real anymore. It pays well, and unlike my work, I pay rent with real money.

I’m currently looking for a solid base in Fulham / Parsons Green / Putney.

I am fully domesticated: I have a method to loading a dishwasher and understand the concept of buying toilet roll before it runs out.
I am very socialable, but not suffocating: always p for a pub trip, or a movie. Equally happy to retreat to my room and recharge.

I’m in the office/studio 3 days a week and usually at the gym (spa) in the evenings.

I've got a healthy budget (£1,200 - £1,400 range) and my must -haves are: Double room. Ensuite. Parking preferred, as I come with a EV, but not a dealbreaker for the right place.

My moving date is: Flexible / ASAP.
