Short let room wanted

My names Jess and I’m 24, originally from the midlands. Wanted to put the feelers out as I’m looking for a London sublet between March and September this year (I can be a bit flexible on dates). I work in events (live music mostly!), and once my contract is finished I’ll be leaving to go travelling so I wouldn’t be extending any later than end of sept.

A bit about me, I love cooking, films (always up for a cinema trip), hiking and trying a new craft. Open to occasional nights out, non-smoker and LGBTQ+. I’ll be working 9-5 typically so looking for a friendly, calm, clean space where we can do dinners, film and wine nights but also enjoy our own downtime. I’m new to living in London so it would be amazing to settle in with new friends!

Looking for somewhere in north London (would also consider south) within zone 3 as my office is central. Budget is up to £950 pm (preferably with bills!) and I’d prefer a double bed but not essential. Parking would also be a huge huge bonus, if the option for a residents permit is there I’ll happily pay it.
