Looking for large property, co-rental (4-6 people)

We're looking to form a small group of like-minded people to co-rent a larger house/flat together (ideally 4–6 bedrooms), in London, to create a calm, creative and comfortable co-rented home.

We are looking to live with people who enjoy shared space, occasional meals together, while still having full independence and privacy.

We work across creative and knowledge-based professions and would love to live with others who are similarly sociable

What the house would be like:

-Large shared living areas (not just bedrooms)
-Space for reading, working, rehearsing or movement
-Garden or outdoor space if possible

Who this is likely to suit:

-Creatives, researchers, founders, remote workers, theatre/film people
-Singles rather than couples (to keep shared space balanced)

Practicalities:

-Budget: approx £600–£2000 pcm each (depending on area/property)
-Location: Greater London (open to areas with good transport)
-Tenancy: joint rental, fair cost share
-Timeline: flexible, but aiming for the right fit over speed
