Looking for a 2 bed house or apartment the en-suit

I'm looking for a 2 bed house or apartment. This will be for myself and the extra room is for my son who is 5 years old who will be staying with me on the weekends. I also have a teacup Chihuahua, so I am looking for a place that accepts small animals which are house trained. I would prefer to live alone and not shared accommodation as of me having a young child. my job id a d4iving job, traffic management, so wouod prefer a location with parking or a garage. Preferably a garden for my son a dog. Would be a preffered option if available but not detrimental. Open to further discussions and details
