Looking for a room in London to work from home

Hi I'm Micha (said like Misha) I just turned 41 but don't look or act it!

I work for myself from home full time as a Virtual Assistant.

I am looking for a quiet, clean, friendly house share. With people of similar age. I do like eccentric, quirky people and properties.

Happy to offer some form of work assistance in exchange for accommodation. As long as having an irregular schedule would work for you.

Also a big big cat lover, can offer cat sitting or feeding in exchange for accommodation.

Max budget £600 including bills. Happy with a box room. Ideally (as you don't ask you don't get, an attic room?)

Need to clarify that I am an introvert who enjoys my own company and space. Not looking for a party house. Want to get along well with the other housemates but they must have their own lives/hobbies and not have any social expectations of me. Needs a quite environment.

I am freelance so sometimes I will plan to be away for a month or two at a time. Would still pay the rent and not want to sublet my room. I'm not always around at weekends. Sometimes work from cafe's or co-working spaces.
