25M professional looking for room north of Mayfair

I’m a 25-year-old French professional relocating to London at the end of January to start a full-time role in Investment Banking in Mayfair on 2 February 2026. I’m currently finishing my finance studies in Paris.

I’m looking for a double room with a desk, ideally in a flat with a shared living room. My ideal budget would be £900 pcm but I can go up to £1350 pcm.

I’m tidy, respectful, and a non-smoker, and I’m very used to shared living. During the week I have a structured routine and really value a calm, clean, and well-kept home. I’m considerate with shared spaces and naturally organised.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, reading, travelling, and exploring the city. I also do sports whenever I get free time. I’m social and easy-going, but I’m not looking for a party flat. I’m after a comfortable, relaxed place to live where everyone is respectful of each other’s space.

I’m ideally looking for a longer-term stay (6 months+) in a well-located flat north of Mayfair ideally (Marylebone, Lisson Grove, Little Venice, Paddington). Happy to provide references and have viewings at short notice.
