I’m a reliable, easy-going professional tradesman looking for a room on a skills-swap basis.

I run my own business and have a broad skill set including general building, carpentry, handyman work, basic plumbing, decorating, garden projects, and ongoing property maintenance.

Ideally, I’d be looking to offer equivalent hours in exchange for a room, though I’m flexible on how this is structured and happy to discuss what would work best for both of us.
