2 guys looking for a 4bed in SW (actively looking)

Lewey and I are looking for a shared house in southwest – we’re open to either an all-boys house but also like the vibe of a mixed house with two gals.

We’ve been friends from 4 years old, and grew up around the corner from eachother. We are close, but also each have our own group of mates; as well as having a big, shared group of friends who we all grew up with (mostly living in London).

We’ve both lived in big house shares before and place a big emphasis on having a clean and tidy space, as well as respecting each other’s space (everyone needs some alone time on tiktok now and then…).

Without sounding too much like every other post on here - we both live a pretty balanced life between working hard, sports, fitness, run clubs (classic), going to the pub and occasional nights out, as well as friendly wholesome nights in with mates.

The key thing for us is that we find the right buddy ups, that we get along with and can be friends - not just flatmates with - so that we can get the right 4-bed the moment we find it.

Our move in is pretty flexible (Mid-Feb but ideally 1st March onwards)

House Criteria
• We’re looking at places that have:
• 2 Bathrooms (must)
• Room for desks in both of our bedrooms (must)
• Somewhere relatively modern, with good, shared living space
• Ideally 10-15 mins from a Northern Line tube station
• Ideally somewhere with a bit of an outdoor space (summer bbq and drinks vibes)

A bit about us:
Jake
• Age: 26
• Job: I work as an Associate for a Private Equity Advisory company (cliché finance bro I know, but I promise I only own one gilet)
• WFH / Office Situation: My company is in the middle of transitioning from our current offices, based in Farringdon to a shared workspace situation, so I will probably be WFH a lot (but often have meetings across London with clients etc)

Lewey
• Age: 25
• Job: Sales Development Representative at a Fin-Tech firm
• WFH / Office Situation: Typically work a hybrid schedule working from home on Mondays and Fridays then in the office Tuesday to Thursday.
