Hi! I'm 44, a tech business owner and first-time buyer looking for like-minded co-buyer(s) to purchase a fantastic family-sized home in or around London.
What I'm Looking For:
Either ONE person with £400-500k OR TWO people with £200-250k each to join me in buying a property worth around £1m. I'm contributing £400-450k myself.
The Dream Property:

4-6 bedrooms (everyone gets their own room!)
Walking distance to a station (max 15 mins)
Parking and a garden
Ideally en-suites (at least for some bedrooms)
Looking at areas across London (North, South, East, West) plus Essex and Surrey

The Plan:

Formal legal co-ownership with equity split reflecting contributions
We'd all live in the property
Option to rent out spare rooms with income split pro-rata
Shared living spaces, decisions voted on proportionally
Sort out legal structure together with a solicitor

About Me:
I'm extroverted, love sports (watching and playing), work hard during the week but enjoy socialising at weekends. Not looking for a party house, but definitely not a monastery either! I'm planning to get a dog at some point. Non-smoker, social drinker, generally tidy, and appreciate good interior design sense.
Ideal Co-Buyer(s):

Financially stable and ready to move quickly (aiming to complete before end of March)
Happy with shared living but respectful of each other's space
Non-smoker preferred
Open to different life stages, but someone who won't mind occasional weekend gatherings
Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
