One Man and his Dog!

My name is Adrian and Im 61. I am a former teacher, though I now work as a professional gardener with my own garden maintenance company. I am single and the proud owner of a beautiful and immaculately behaved Labrador, called Poppy. I have been resident here in Wandsworth for 8 happy years and before that, the same number of years in Putney. In addition to my work as a gardener, I work 25 hours per week at Wyndham's Theatre in Leicester Square on the Stage Door. It is my intention to try to stay within easy distance to Wandsworth/Putney area as all of my lovely gardening clients are there.

Ideally, I am looking for my own space whether that is a large studio or a 1 bedroom flat. Ideally the flat would have a garden that I could potter around in but with either shed or garage space for the storage of my gardening tools, as well as parking.

I am more than happy to undertake a day of garden maintenance work for the premises for any prospective landord if it would help to augment the rent. I am a hard worker with an excellent work ethic!

I realise I am asking for a lot but in my favour I am looking to move pretty much immediately and I pride myself in being a reliable tenant, one who would pay the rent on time each month and would treat your property with care and respect.

Should a flatshare opportunity come up, any potential flatmate would need to be 40+, a lover of dogs and Radio 4!! Other that that Im very easy going.
