Looking for short-term room (Mar–July)

Hi, I’m James, moving to London to start work in Victoria at the beginning of March. I’m currently based in Leeds and looking for a room from around 1 March until early July (around 4 months), though I’m flexible on exact dates.

I’ll be working fairly long office hours during the week, so I’m pretty low-key at home. Outside work I enjoy running, playing tennis, watching films and seeing live music. I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with.

I’m ideally looking for a professional flatshare or short-term sublet in Zone 1–2, particularly areas with good links to Victoria such as Pimlico, Vauxhall, Battersea, Clapham, Stockwell, Brixton, Fulham, or Earl’s Court, but I’m open to other well-connected areas.

Happy to discuss rent depending on the room. As I’m moving from Leeds, I’m very happy to do video viewings initially and can travel down if needed once things look like a good fit. If it sounds suitable, feel free to get in touch.
