I am currently searching for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment that provide easy access to London Marble Arch. More specifically within the central line.
My budget is maximum of 1,500 GBP per month for a furnished unit, including utility bills and council taxes. I have a preference for properties that have amenities such as laundry room and or gym.
For additional information, the minimum rental period that I am looking at is 12 months starting from end of January or 1st week of February 2026. I am also flexible about the initial deposit requested for securing the property.
