Professional seeks Zone 1 / 2 Room -1–2 Nights pw

Professional female, 39, looking for a room in London for 1-2 nights of weekday use whilst working in Marylebone & Chelsea.

I’m starting a new position in March and need accommodation around 1 night per week (sometimes 2, occasionally not at all).

I’ve been happily staying on this basis for 15 months in North London so I’m open to flexible arrangements.

I work 8:30am–6:30pm in Chelsea and Marylebone, and usually travel into Marylebone by train, so good transport links to these areas would be ideal. North London is unfortunately now too far for my new role.

My work schedule can occasionally change at short notice, so a little flexibility would be greatly appreciated, though I’m always considerate and communicative.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and quiet. I often have evening work commitments or work to do, so I’m mainly looking for somewhere comfortable to stay the night before heading out in the morning. I’m very self-sufficient, but also happy to be helpful and considerate in a shared home.

I’m married with a family based outside London, so this would strictly be a work-only base, not full-time living.

I’m also happy with pets.
