✨Looking for double room✨

I am looking for a double room to rent in the Brighton/Hove/Kemptown areas.
Budget is realistically between £600 and £800, looking for somewhere with easy transport links. Preferably living with females/female identifying, but this isn’t essential - I’m happy to live in a mixed household for the right place ☺️

A bit about me:
🌊24, non-smoker, currently living in Devon with my family
🎙️I’m a professional performer, however I will be getting a “regular” job as well!
🌼I’m a very respectful & clean housemate, and appreciate people’s space. I’m sociable but also enjoy my own space
🧁I’m an avid baker so will happily provide sweet treats for the house!
🫶🏼I love a natter and a chilled night in, but am also down for a drink at a nice pub
🛼Keen roller skater, love music, arts n crafts, and having a little boogie!!
🥐My ideal Sunday is going for a walk along the seafront, followed by a matcha and a pastry
