Creative Female Student/Artist seeking a new home

Hey I’m Nemi,

A 32 yr old single woman studying occupational therapy at Canterbury Christ church uni. I’ve been an artist for 11 years and make music and art. I’m looking for somewhere I can stay for a long time as I’ve travelled loads.

I have a lot of my own furniture so no preference about furnishing.

I have a van and a car so am looking for 2 parking spaces.

Preferably I am seeking a one bed flat, but am open to a room with en suite bathroom or sharing if the situation is the right fit.

Would ideally like somewhere where I can one day have a puppy but open to no pets.

I also have a small quiet treadmill I would like to be able to use.

Ideally I’d like to be able to make music in the day time so need to be somewhere where music is okay. Of course if it’s ever too loud just ask me and il happily turn it down straight away.
