Room in Sefton or Georgian Quarter Wanted!

Hello!

I've been living in a gorgeous flat in the Georgian Quarter for the last two years but, alas, the landlord is selling up. :(

I'm looking for a room for myself, preferably an en-suite, in the Georgian Quarter or around Sefton park. I'd prefer to live with just one or two other people, maybe three max.

I work full time in Film and TV, and often travel to London for work. I do work from home the rest of the time but spend a lot of time at my boyfriend's place. Combined with travel for work, I'm usually around less than a typical flatmate.

Ideally I'm looking for something around £550 including bills, but could go higher for an en-suite!

I'm vegetarian but have always lived with meat-eaters so I'm not fussy in that regard. I don't have any pets, but I do like animals. The biggest sell for me is that I need to be able to get to Lime Street easily on a bus as I don't drive.

I'm a very easy-going person, I love a chat but also like to have alone time in my own room. I've had great success with SpareRoom so far, including my current flat and housemate.
