Rule 1: less is more: stick to essentials

In shared accommodations, it is generally the cases that everyone will have their designated space for this and that (can be discussed during interviews).

Rule 2: avoid posting things that sound like "rules" you wish to impose on the others: ur gonna be the newbie, and will adjust.

My advice now:

Remove all the rest. And keep it simple:

Something like:

"Hi my name is Tom, 30 years old, and currently looking for a single room.

While I do enjoy the occasional night out, I am generally more on the introverted side and appreciate some peaceful me-time to recharge my social battery (not anti-social, though).
Ideally, I'd hope to find a more homely house share, where there is a good balance between socializing and quiet time for oneself.
