Hi, I’m Jess, 23, and I’m looking for a double room to rent in the Manchester area, ideally in a quiet and friendly house.
Ages 20–35 preferred, but I’m open-minded — happy with male or female housemates.

I’m clean, respectful, and pretty low-key. I’m used to shared living and value a relaxed, considerate home environment.

I’ll be claiming Housing Benefit initially and I am actively looking for part-time work. I’m looking for somewhere stable where I can settle and move forward.

I may also be taking in a calm, friendly cat, but I’m flexible and happy to discuss this.
