LF studio or one bedroom, potential share

Hello! I’m a 28-year-old female working professional, currently an Associate Director in international tax and data analytics. I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking for a place that feels like home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a spacious studio or one-bedroom, but I’m also very open to a flatshare with just one other flatmate, as long as I have an ensuite bathroom. I enjoy a good balance of social and independent living — happy to chat or share the occasional glass of wine, but also value personal space and a clean, calm environment.

What I’m looking for:
- Around 5 minutes’ walk to a tube station
Preferably on the Central, District, Circle, or Hammersmith & City lines
- Lots of natural light and good storage
- Lift access ideally, or no higher than first-floor stairs
- A comfortable, well-kept flat suited to professionals

Budget:
Around £1,500 per month, but open to negotiation and can be higher if bills are included.
