Accountant looking for shared or personal accom

Hi,

I am a 21 year old professional working as an auditor for a top 20 firm with the office being based in Chamberlain Square in Birmingham. I am also currently studying for my ACA/ICAEW qualification due to become a chartered accountant in 2026.

I am looking for accommodation in the Solihull, Warwick, Leamington, and Stratford-Upon-Avon area and surrounding areas such as Henley-in-Arden and Hampton-in-Arden.

I am genuinely reliable for rental payments due to my career, and I am an extremely clean person keeping both my room at home in a clean way, as well as other peoples possessions/shared spaces. I make little noise, and I tend to play games on my PC in the evening and quite often go out with mates or to see my girlfriend. I get on well with anyone and I also get on with any pets that may be in the living accommodation, I currently walk dogs in my free time and I have had experience of owning dogs and cats.

My preferences would be for the accomodation to have reliable parking, to be near a good train connection into either New Street or Moor Street/Snow Hill (e. g. stations such as Leamington Spa, Hampton-in-Arden, Dorridge, Solihull, etc), and ideally a private bathroom, however I will happily consider various options as long as it meets some of the preferences that I have :).

I will happily have my family, girlfriend, friends or the people I take on dog walks to vouch for me if needed.
