Looking for a nice base while working away.

I hope you're well. My name is Sam, I'm 39 years old, I'm married with 2 young children and i find myself having to work in Manchester for the foreseeable future. Recently we had to move our operation to Manchester but sadly cant move my family. I really just need a base. I work a 4 on 4 off system so realistically ill only be staying 12-13 nights a month as i need to travel back to my lovely family. I work in television for ITV at the Versa Studios in Manchester. I'm very clean, No fuss or hassle, Polite (or my mum would kill me)
Another bonus is i work on live tv until 4 am (don't worry, I'm very quiet) and when i wake up i head into the studio as I'm also the head of our health and safety and media departments so on average each week ill only be at the house for about 30 hours. Its just so i have a little base to sleep every night i finish.
