Hi there! I’m Konrad, a 27-year-old finance professional relocating from Bellevue Hill in Sydney for an exciting new role in London. After enjoying a great lifestyle in one of Sydney’s most scenic suburbs, I’m looking forward to settling into the vibrant Paddington area — ideally in a friendly, professional flatshare. I’m seeking a bright double room with an ensuite, where I can enjoy some privacy while sharing common spaces with respectful, like-minded professionals. I’m clean, tidy, easy-going, and enjoy a good balance of socialising over a drink or dinner and having quiet time after work. My company is covering the first month’s accommodation, so I’m flexible to move in anytime from around 23rd February onwards (happy to discuss short-term or longer-term arrangements).
