My name is Ben, I'm a recent graduate from UoM who is moving back to the city for an internship at the university, working 9-5 Monday-Friday.
I am looking for a place to move up to on the 31st of January with capability to pay rent + deposit from the 1st of February. I am able to meet people or visit flats between the 21st-24th of January.
I'm a very outgoing person, and love running (or volunteering at) community events that are art or nature focused. In the rest of my spare time, I love to write music, make films, read, cook, and go on hikes.
I'm looking for a room for at least a few months, and potentially the entire length of the internship. I like to keep tidy but also very relaxed about how people want to keep their living spaces. Very happy to live with pets as well.
My preferred threshold is £700 p/m including bills and council tax (around £550 without) but willing to discuss.
