Double room / buddy up near School of Informatics

I’m Matteo, I'm 26 years old and I'm a computer engineer and a PhD student in Artificial Intelligence from Bari (Italy). I’ll be in Edinburgh for three months, from March 1st to May 31st, for a research internship.

I'm searching a furnished double room at max 20 minutes walking distance from the School of Informatics. I'd like to share the flat with 1 or 2 flatmates, professionals or phd students are preferred. I'm also considering the buddy up option.

My budget is around 800£ for the rent with bills included, but it could be slightly negotiable for the good room.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, and I’ve been sharing a flat with others for 8 years. I’ll spend most of my working hours at the university, but I’m very social and would love to go for a walk or grab a beer in the evenings, sometimes.
