Friendly & clean seeking central Manchester room

I am looking for a modern flat with a double room, own bathroom is preferred but not essential. I would need somewhere with a parking space or an option to add one on close by. I am really easy-going, friendly and respectful, I am very considerate of personal space and value my own also, so I would expect others to be the same. However, I’m also looking for someone who is up for socialising/having fun and becoming friends. I love going on nights out as much as a night in or going to the gym, I would like someone that also enjoys a balanced lifestyle. I am very clean and tidy and would always be respectful of shared spaces, I am looking for someone who is the same.
