Looking for a room for the next 3 Years

This is Maya. I am a PhD student in UoB and i am looking for a en-suite /studio with bills included, for the next 3 years of my PhD. I would strongly prefer it to be in walkable distance to university ( unless you have got a great deal ). I would enjoy being in house with simlar postgrad or professionals. Its important for me for the landlord/agency to be responsive.

1)price is below or equal to £600-700 pcm including bills $

2)property is in( walkable distance or near station to Uni)

3) If the property has less than or equal to 6 rooms.

If not an ensuite or studio an if you have 4 or below bedroom house I would still be happy to consider it
