I’m 30 and work in recruitment. I’m fairly new to Manchester — I lived in Australia until about a year ago, and before that spent three years in London. When I moved back to the UK, I fancied a change of pace (and somewhere a bit cheaper!), so Manchester felt like the perfect fit.
I’ve been living with a close friend in Ancoats for the past year, but she’s now bought her own place. I’m either looking for someone to take her room in Ancoats or to find a new place together, ideally in Ancoats or Didsbury.
I’m sociable and easy-going, and I’d love to live with someone who enjoys spending time together — the occasional glass of wine and a chat — but also respects each other’s space and independence.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, checking out wine bars and new foodie spots, getting outdoors, going to gigs / festivals and trying new hobbies.
