2 professional females looking for 2 en-suite room

We’re two friends (both 23, female) looking to rent two en-suite rooms in a friendly shared flat or house in CB1 or CB2.

A bit about us:
• One of us works as a Physiotherapist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
• The other is a Business Management & Marketing graduate (University of Leeds), currently job-hunting.

What we’re looking for:
• 2 en-suite single/double rooms
• Fully furnished
• Bills included
• Budget: £800–£900 per person, per month
• Move-in: First week of March

We’re reliable tenants, non-smokers, and would love a clean, comfortable and friendly home.
