Looking for a lovely flat and a friendly flatmate

I'm currently looking for a new flat, ideally around the Deansgate/Castlefield area. I'm hoping to find a respectful and tidy flatmate that I can also chill with after work by going to the pub, getting some food or just watching some tele.

I'm relatively new to Manchester, so if you've been here a while and can show me some hidden gems around the city, even better!

Hoping to move in as soon as possible or by the end of February.
