Male postgrad student looking for housemate Leeds

I'm looking for one other person, maybe two, preferably postgraduate students or young professionals, to live with in Leeds. I have been living here for a year, currently studying for a PhD in mathematics and computer science. I would prefer not to live with undergraduate students. I have no preference for living with men or women.

My maximum budget would be around 700pm plus expenses. I am not too bothered for amenities but a garden and space for a bike would be great. I would like to have a kitchen that is not too cramped and a larger bedroom would be great too.

I am not a tremendously active person, I like to spend my evenings relaxing, usually playing games or watching films. On weekends I will sometimes go to visit friends, I like going on hikes every so often. Love a trip to the pub too. I go to the gym between 0 and 4 times a week. People say I am quite sociable but I will also want time to myself sometimes.

I am looking for two-bedroom flats near Headingley right now and am on here to find people to move in with. Open to living in areas such as Headingley, Armley, Chapel Allerton or similar. However I would be happy with somewhere further away from Leeds city centre if it matches what I'm looking for. I cycle sparingly.

My hard limits are I don't like people using my things, especially without asking - this mostly applies for kitchen equipment. I expect us to be equally responsible for keeping the place clean and being quiet in the evenings. These may seem like normal requests, I have had poor experiences in previous living arrangements.
