Former military, very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I have a busy weekday schedule and tend to come and go quietly, so I would be low impact as a lodger (never working from home).
Ideally looking for a calm, well run home with a friendly but non intrusive live in landlord or other professional tenants. Non smoker. Happy to provide work references and ID.
