We are urgently seeking a one-bedroom flat for our 40-year-old son, James, who wants to move closer to his family in Collier Row.
James is on the autistic spectrum, and as a result spends most of his time indoors with his computer. He is a non-smoker and non-drinker.
He is in receipt of Universal Credit, but we are happy to act as guarantor for him if required.
We are flexible about the length of term, but ideally we would prefer to start with a shorter term and an option to renew if everyone is happy.
