I’m 39 and work at the University of the Arts London in King’s Cross. I’m in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays and work from home the rest of the week. I enjoy old pubs, tinkering with my bike, getting outdoors, gardening, writing, playing acoustic guitar (mostly fingerpicking and singing - always mindful of volume and timing), and listening to podcasts while cooking. I also go to folk gigs in and around London.
What I’m looking for:
I’d like to live somewhere clean, peaceful and homely - ideally with a bit of character or charm rather than somewhere too polished. It would be great to live with people who are occasionally up for chilling, cooking, or celebrating special occasions together, but I’m also happy in my own company.
I’m an enthusiastic all-weather cyclist, so somewhere safe and dry to store a bike would be ideal. Some outdoor space for a few plant pots would also be a bonus.
My desired move-in date would be 1st March, but I can be flexible either side.
