I’m looking for a double room within a shared apartment, ideally in close proximity to a tube station.

I’m moving back to London from Birmingham, where I have lived for the past 3 years.

A bit about me -

43, British.
I do contract work for the civil service, but took the last few months out for some travelling to the U. S and Latin America.
Have lived in Rotherhithe, SE London previously for a few years
Having lived in flat shares for a number of years, I appreciate what it takes to create a good living environment

What I am looking for -


Looking for a clean and calm place
Ideally sharing with no more than 2 other flatmates
A double room (a must)
En-suite (ideally, but not a must)
Parking (Ideally, but not a must)
Budget around £1200 but can consider more for the right place


I’ve previously lived with people of different genders, backgrounds and age groups and made some good friends along the way!
