N/E London flatshare wanted end of June/early July

Hi! I'm Olamide, 28 — I work in operations (and draw comics on the side, very much by hand 🖊️). I'm looking for a room in East or North London by end of June/early July.

I'm in the office five days a week and outside of work I'm sociable but not relentless about it — I love the pub, exploring bits of London I haven't seen or having a friend over for dinner. I equally care about a quiet evening to decompress - especially after a long day. I'm tidy, I clean up after myself, and I respect shared spaces without making it weird/stressful.

What I'm looking for:

Double room (unfurnished, furnished or part-furnished)
Up to £1,300 pcm including bills
Housemates who get the social/quiet balance
Occasional friends-over is fine both ways
Happy to provide references + deposit, if needed

Happy to chat and do viewings. Promise I'm easier to live with than I am to beat at pub quiz.
