Hello! I'm a 28-year-old AI Safety professional (and part-time illustrator - no AI involved!) on the hunt for a room in North London, East London, or select parts of South London from early February.

I work in operations and I'm in the office five days a week, so you'll have the place mostly to yourself during the day! I'm extroverted and love a good boogie - whether that's at a gig or an impromptu kitchen dance party. I enjoy having a mate round for dinner or drinks (very occasionally), and I'm totally up for you doing the same!

That said, I also treasure my downtime and personal space to decompress. I'm tidy, respect shared spaces, and always clean up after myself (and my 4-year-old cat, Midas).

What I'm looking for:

Ensuite room with a double bed (furnished or unfurnished works for me)
Maximum £1,200 pcm including bills and utilities
Pet-friendly home
Housemates who get the balance between social vibes and peaceful downtime
A place where we can have friends over occasionally
(Ideally) no/low deposit

Basically, I'm after a home that's respectful, clean, and warm - where we can chat over coffee one day and happily do our own thing the next.
