Quiet, professional female tenant looking for room

Hi,

I’m currently based in Southgate and looking for a room to move into around the end of May. Ideally I’d like to stay in North London (Southgate / Bounds Green / nearby areas), but I’m open to other locations as long as it’s close to a tube station.

A bit about me – I work in education, mainly in childcare and schools, and I also do private tutoring. I occasionally teach online from home, but most of the time I’m out working during the day. I also do some acting on the side.

I have a calm and simple lifestyle. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. When I’m at home, I usually stay in my room to rest or work on my laptop. I’m not into parties or drama – just looking for a peaceful place to come back to after work.

I’m ideally looking for:

* A clean and quiet environment
* Friendly and respectful housemates
* A room close to transport (tube preferred)
* Low or reasonable deposit would be great
