Hi I'm Claire. I am looking for a room to rent for approximately 6 months to a year, with easy access to the city centre for work. I also have a car so some form of parking would be needed.
I have a small (chihuahua cross) 13 year old dog, Charlie. Who is very easy to have around and well trained, he will just sleep in the room whilst I am at work.
I work in town and from home, so ideally would love a table or desk in the room (I can provide)
I am chatty, but still enjoy my personal space, clean and respectful. LGBTQ+ friendly.
I can provide references.
