Quiet, friendly professional + cat seeking room

I work from home four days a week, so I’m looking for a place that’s comfortable and fairly calm during the week. I’m clean, tidy, and considerate, and I really value a home that feels relaxed and looked after.
I have a small cat who would be moving with me — she’s very clean, well-behaved, and a bit shy at first, but no trouble at all.
Location-wise, I’m pretty flexible across Manchester, but being close to a Metrolink stop would be ideal. An ensuite would be a big bonus, but not a deal-breaker for the right place.
Personality-wise, I enjoy my own space and quiet time, but I’m definitely up for socialising — especially when moving to a new city. I’m into crafts, spirituality, and metal/heavier music (we'll probably get along well if you are too!).
