Looking for a room or buddy up

Hi, I'm a professional looking for a place in Edinburgh (preferable in Leith, or with good connections, as that's where my office relocated).

I'm currently based in Dundee, I work from home for half the week, so looking for a good-sized room with enough space for a workdesk as well.

I'm queer, friendly, nerdy, interested in nature and outdoors. I don't have pets, but would not mind them at all (especially cats!). I like being social, but definitely need my own space too, I just want the house to feel comfortable and welcoming :)
