In search of a peaceful home...

Hi, I’m Katy! A (young) 52 yr old woman with a love of the countryside and animals (particularly dogs!).

My ideal space would be a large en suite room in a country house or cottage or in a village, ideally with an additional room/study and sharing with only one other or a couple (preferred age 40-60). Part furnished at least would be great (bed/wardrobe space etc) as I am starting pretty from scratch again after the end of a long term relationship, Somewhere semi rural but near a station would be perfect, but I would consider quiet parts of town. Maybe an annex or suite of rooms, with a garden or countryside view would be lovely! I have a car.

I’m a social and friendly person and (I think/hope!) easy to talk to, but I also value my privacy and peace and quiet, which is particularly important for me at the moment.

I work as a Legal PA in the city 3 days per week and 2 days from home (not fixed days). I am also a reflexologist and practice in the Sevenoaks area.

I am a very clean and tidy person and take pride in making any living space look homely.
