I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I enjoy a calm and friendly home environment. I work regular hours and am fairly quiet during the week. My boyfriend is a student at Warwick and may visit occasionally during the month.
What I’m looking for:
• 💷 Budget: Up to £1,000 per month (bills included)
• 📍 Location: Zone 1–3, ideally under 30 minutes to central London
• 🛏️ Furnished double room (a desk is essential)
• 🚿 En-suite preferred, or shared bathroom with no more than 2 others
• 🏡 A professional, clean, tidy, and friendly household
• ❌ Please no smoking, no pets (sorry 😣)
I’m reliable with rent, respectful of shared spaces, and looking to move in as soon as possible for the right place (Ideally from 24/1/2026).
