Looking for a place to live 🙏

I am looking for a new home, or at least somewhere to settle for a while.

What I would most like is somewhere peaceful, clean and tidy on the whole - these are qualities that I bring to a household. I am quiet living, considerate, friendly and cheerful, and enjoy both socialising and solitude.

I am living in Totnes, where I have good connections, and I need to move as my hosts/landlords are moving into a smaller house.

I work part time in Totnes. I love to work and be of service. My main field of work has been in natural health, and I also do care work and cleaning. I am not on benefits and I'm also supported by independent financial means.

I am an outdoorsy type and like to spend a lot of time out of the house. I am tea-total and a non-smoker. I am vegetarian, but I don't mind people cooking meat around me.

I would prefer to share with a woman if it's just the two of us, but I'm open to a mixed household if there are more people living there.

I have plenty of experience of living with others and I have good references. Please let me know if you have the availability / interest in having me rent your room/annexe/cabin etc.
