Looking for a Room/Buddy Up in Manchester

Hi 💕 I’m a 28 year old professional female moving to Manchester and looking for a double room in Ancoats from the end of May ✨ I start my new job 1st June, so I will need to be in somewhere by then

My budget is around 750 without bill included and 900 with bills included

I work weekdays, usually finishing around 3pm. Outside of work I love brunch, cocktail nights, movie nights, hiking and exploring spots around the city 🍸🎬

I am wanting to get more into fitness and start some new hobbies i'm up for trying anything!

I’m sociable and friendly but also really value a calm, cosy home. Ideally looking for a flatshare where we actually get on and could be friends too, especially as I’m new to Manchester, but I’m also very respectful of space and routines.

I’m clean, considerate and reliable with rent and bills. Happy with furnished or unfurnished as I have my own furniture if needed. No pets please 🫶
