I’m a 27-year-old working professional looking for a room in Central London starting end of February/Early March and here's what I’m looking for

- Within ~8 minutes’ walk to any of the following lines:
Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Central, District, Circle, Northern
- Ideal areas: Victoria / Pimlico, Clerkenwell, Bloomsbury, Farringdon, Old Street, Angel, Islington, Wapping, Bethnal Green

🏡 Living situation
- Preferably female flatmate(s)
- Ideally sharing with 1–2 others (not more)
- No cats please (I’m allergic)
- I enjoy hosting small, relaxed socials from time to time - dinner parties, wine nights, board games - so I’d love to live with people who are also open to that vibe 🥰

💰 Budget
- Up to £1,300/month (all bills included)
- Some flexibility for the right flat with the right people

A little about me：

I was born and raised in China and went to a British boarding school there (did my IGCSEs & A-levels and all that 😂). I’ve spent the past ~9 years living in the US for school and work- about 5 years in New York and 3.5 years in San Francisco, with around half a year split between Paris and London in between.

I’m now officially relocating to London, something I’ve been planning for a while and am very excited about ☺️

I currently work in business development in med-tech, and will be switching into fintech with my new role in London. Outside of work, I’m a big foodie, enjoy good wine, and love design, art, live music, and a good DJ set. I’m quite social and enjoy being around people, but I also value quality alone time 😌

I’m a considerate, easy-going flatmate (all my previous flatmates would happily vouch for me!) and enjoy cooking when I have the time. Ideally, I’d love to live with open-minded people who enjoy exploring new things and cultures, and are up for the occasional wine night or small dinner parties - one of my favourite ways to socialise 🥰
