I’m enquiring on behalf of my brother, who is a student at the University of Kent. He is looking for a room as he will only be staying 2 days per week (usually weekdays) due to commuting from home the rest of the time.

He is quiet, tidy, and respectful, and would mainly need the room for sleeping and studying. We’re happy to discuss a reduced rent to reflect the limited use of the room.
