Artist & cat after buddy up for creative home

Hi, I’m Luke, an artist/illustrator looking to buddy up with one other person (30+) to find a 2–3 bed house with a garden & bath around south/central Bristol.

I work from home creating art and I’m also relearning tattooing via an online tattoo masterclass so ideally we’d find somewhere with a spare room or second reception room that could work as a studio space.

I’m a friendly introvert with an extroverted streak . I enjoy my own space but totally up for film nights, a series binge, gaming, board games, exhibitions, walks in nature and socialising in general. My interests include all the above, as well as science, the esoteric, meditation, self development, health, comics, graffiti n street art, Would ideally like to live with someone i can become friends with but not essential.

Home vibe I’m looking for:
• clean and respectful of shared spaces
• calm, comfortable, cosy, safe home rather than a party house
• independent and respectful of boundaries but sociable and easy going

I don’t drink but don’t mind someone who drinks socially (just not heavy partying).

I also come with a very affectionate outdoor cat, so a garden or courtyard is essential.

Areas: Bedminster, Southville, Ashton gate, Windmill hill, Totterdown, Hotwells, Bedminster down, Knowl, bottom of Brislington.
Open to the right place elsewhere in Bristol and also outside or a bit further a field. Such as Glastonbury, Stroud or Bath.

Budget for rent: ideally £600–£750, up to £900 for the right place.

Ideally looking for someone independent, considerate and open-minded. A fellow creative or geek would be awesome but not essential.

Also open to moving into an existing home if it’s just one other person and fits the same or similar vibe.

Move time roughly 3–4 weeks depending on the place. May be able to do it in 2.
