Description
Hi, I’m Luke. I’m searching for someone who would like to buddy up in searching for a house.
I have many interests but the ones that take up most of my moments are art, crafts , film, animation, comics, gaming, graffiti, walks in nature, meditation and mental, emotional and physical self development.
I’m a clean and tidy person. I’ve not drank in over a year so I’d say my party days are behind me. I’ve got nothing against anyone drinking tho, I just wouldn’t want to live with someone who drinks daily or heavily. I eat meat. I’m a rather chilled person. Enjoy my own space but also value social time and would like to live with someone who has similar interests to me so we could share occasional evenings or weekends doing something we enjoy. Ideally someone who could become a friend as well as a housemate.
I come with a cat. He’s very affectionate once he gets to know you and generally well behaved. He’s lived with other cats before so happy to move with someone who also has a cat for him to be friends with.
I work from home as an artist. Which means I’m at home most of the time, unless I’m out walking, running errands, at the cinema, an exhibition or painting walls. Currently relearning to tattoo after a very long break so that’s a bonus if you’re keen on some free/cheap tattoos.
I’m looking for a place that has either a large bedroom for me to be able to work from or a spare room that you would be cool with me turning into a studio room. Bath and a garden or yard are a must. A spare wc, shed or garage would be great as well but not a deal breaker.
I’m cool with a flat, if it’s big enough, ground floor and has the above requirements.
Even tho I’m self employed I am currently in receipt of housing benefit so looking for somewhere that’s cool with that. I’m currently paying 755 a month but can stretch to 1000. Ideally looking for somewhere round Bedminster, southville, hotwells, Clifton as I’ve generally lived on the other side of Bristol since I’ve been here. I am open to most places tho, if it’s the right fit.
Given all that said, I am also open to moving into someone’s house , if they have a spare room going with a description similar to what I’ve written. I would need to give a months notice but could move out before that month is up and would like to move as soon as possible.
I trust that’s enough information for you to decide on whether we’d be a good fit or not, please feel free to drop me a message if you would like to team up or have any questions 😺✌️
