Professional (30F) looking for room near trains.

I'm looking for a double room at a flat within walking distance to Haymarket or Waverley station with a rent and bills budget up to £900. Would prefer to move in around Feb 14-Mar 1. I'm a marine biologist professional who prefers a tidy and clean living environment and would ideally like to live with someone with similar standards in their late 20s to mid 30s.

I usually work in the office 1-2 days a week and would like the flexibility of being able to work from home for 2-3 days. I also have a 3 year old cat, Noki, who's very sweet, so would love to live with someone who might also enjoy her company. I've had no issues with paying an extra pet deposit and getting that back in full from my current landlord.

Some hobbies include climbing, cooking, baking, painting, going outdoors, crochet, fossil digging.
