Young PhD student looking for house share

Hello! My name is Giulia and I am currently studying for my PhD in Cardiff Uni. I've been in Cardiff for 3 years, previously worked as a Research Assistant.

Location: Within 30min walk to CU Main Building

I am looking for a 2-3 people house/flat share with nice people, of all ages, genders and sexualities. Hoping to find people who are calm, respectful of the space we might be sharing and of each other's privacy, and have good communication.
Personally, I like having my own space, but always happy to have a chat in the evening and unwind together or have coffee in the morning before work.
Some of my hobbies include cooking and reading, so you will often find me in the kitchen trying a new recipe or on the sofa lost in a book, and love going for pretty forest walks when the Welsh weather is kind to us!
I'm a very open and supportive person, so if you ever need to vent I would be happy to listen (you will for sure hear me vent about my PhD!), and hoping to find people who will become friends so that we can have a nice experience while living together.

In terms of the space, I am hoping to find a bright cosy room with a double bed, and maybe space for a couple furniture pieces. I will always be respectful of the flat/house and like to keep things tidy and clean!

I will be mostly out of the house during the week, especially once my work starts getting really busy, and will be needing peace and quiet so I can work on my research project whenever I work from home. On the weekend, I am usually spending time with my partner at their place or travelling, so will be out then too!
