Hi!

I'm Shashank and I'm looking for a room near Clapham Junction Station to shorten my commute, ideally in a friendly houseshare. I am looking to move sometime in February. I am a financial analyst, working 9-5 with some leeway. I WFH 2 days a week and 3 in office in Guildford. I typically have a shower in the evening or before bed, so will not get in the way during the morning rush. I clean up after myself, I quite enjoy washing dishes actually. I prefer batch cooking and can get my own freezer if there's not enough space. I am quite outgoing, but as a professional I would prefer flatmates to generally be quiet after 11pm especially on weekdays and they should expect the same from me. I am generally quiet outside of these times as well.

I would like to live with people who are open to movie nights, gigs, trips to the pub (need not drink), etc once or twice a month for example. I do enjoy the occasional night out, usually just twice a month at most, but am quiet before leaving and when returning home. If I were to bring guests I would keep them in my room for the most part. I am happy keeping to myself in my room and respecting others' quiet time and privacy. I am LGBT+ friendly and left leaning, and would ideally prefer someone similar. I eat meat. I don't have or plan to have pets, but am okay with housemates with pets.
