Mature socialable professional seeking room

HI , I'm Ross.

40 year old professional within the Heritage Sector,
I am currently looking for a nice room (double would be awesome) - recently sold my own property and not in a rush to buy new just yet as may move abroad in few years.
I've had flatmates in the past , majority of time female so I'm more than house trained and respectful.
I'm fairly laid back, like the gym ,.gigs , getting out on wee adventures, love cats or dogs so do not mind at all if you have one.
Fairly capable cook so used to cooking for 2, neat and tidy, and easy to get on with but also appreciate having some time to yourself.
